A newly promoted Company in the Group with focus to develop heritage and budget hotels in Kerala. Realizing the demand and future potential for quality hotels, the Group has identified 6-8 ideal locations/or budget hotels and is also establishing a few properties owned by the group in Kerala as heritage hotels. Plans are on the drawing board with a budget outlay of Rs. 130 crores.
